How Do White Collar Criminals Justify Their Actions? Join us for Presentation in Saratoga or Live Via Web!

Please join us on Wednesday at 1pm at 113 West Ave (room 143) or live online (link below) for Scholar Across the College Nazik Roufaiel’s interactive presentation, “Corporate Governance and Occupational Fraud”.
 
Roufaiel will present real cases about white-collar crimes in various industries, including health care. Video of crime perpetrators rationalizing their wrongdoing will be shown during this multimedia presentation.

In addition to her work in academia, Roufaiel is a certified public accountant, certified internal auditor, certified management accountant and certified fraud examiner who serves many business clients as a private consultant. In the past, she has worked as an auditor and securities analyst on Wall Street at Manufacturer Hanover Trust Company and CitiCorp. In Ithaca-Cortland, she was the first chapter president of the Institute of Management Accountants to be asked to serve for two terms, moving the chapter from a national ranking of 55th to third in the nation, and received an award for that achievement.
